• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

• Compliance with any court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hi977 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to have been accumulated through fraudulent or prohibited means, it may be forfeited entirely. Where the account closure is not due to a breach by the user, any legitimate balance will be returned to the user's verified payment method.

12.2 Termination by the User
